DRASTIC PLANS EXPOSED.

DICTATORSHIP PLOT FOILED. Renter. BERLIN. May 13. Discoveries by tTie police in connection with tho alleged plot to establish a dictatorship in Germany are stated to include a plan for the mobilisation of forces for an attack on the capital. It is reported that there was also discovered a political programme which provided, inter alia, for the voluntary resignation of President Hindenburg and the abolition of the Constitution. The property of the dissolved political parties was to have been confiscated. Strikes and lockouts were to have been prohibited under penalty of death. The property of all Jews in Germany was to have been confiscated and all Republican leaders banished. In consequence of the disclosures the Prussian Government has issued a decree for the dissolution of the extremist sporting clubs. Confiscated documents show that a leader in the Pan-German League had been in touch with Bavarian monarchist leaders and had also written to the exKaiser, advising him of the efforts that were to have been made for the restoration of the Ilohenzollern Empire in "a liberated, purified Fatherland." President Hindenburg has accepted the resignation of the Chancellor, Dr. Luther. The Minister of Defence, Herr Gessler, as doyen Minister, will temporarily act as Chancellor.
