The refitting of the Norfolk Island schooner Resolution has been completed and the vessel will he removed to King's Wharf this morning. Advice receiver by tha Farmers' Cooperative Auctioneering Company states the Commonwealth and Dominion Lino steamer Port Melbourne sailed from London on May 1 for Auckland. Wellington and New Ply--louth. Like the Port Pirie she is also fixed to load at New Zealand ports for England. TONGARIRO AND TAIROA. According to cable advice the New Zealand Shipping Company's steamer Tongariro and the .Shaw, Savill and Albion steamer Tairoa reached London from Wellington en May 13. The Tairoa left Wellington on March 30, via Falkland Islands and Teneri£fe and the Tongariro on April 1, via Panama. TOFUA DUE ON MONDAY. Bringing passengers, mail and cargo from Tonga, Samoa and Fiji the Union Company's Island steamer Tofna sailed from Suva at 3 o'clock on Thursday afternoon for Auckland. At Suva she loaded 95 bags of American mail transhipped from the Sonoma. The Tofua is due on Monday afternoon and will berth at Queen's Wharf. THE PORT NAPIER'S BERTH. Tho Port Napier, which is expected 6n Monday from London, via Suva, will berth at Princes Wharf to unload 3300 tons of general merchandise to the agency of Heather, Rnberton, Ltd. Afterwards she will go to Dunedin and New Plymouth to complete discharge. ARAWA AT COLON. Tho Shaw, Savill and Albion liner Arawa, en route from London and Southampton with passengers, mail and cargo for New Zealand, is reported to have reached Colon last Wednesday. The cargo is for discharge at Wellington and Auckland. The ship is due at Wellington on June 1. The company's itinerary previously gave Auckland as the first poit of discharge. PORT PIRIE FROM NEW YORK. Heather. Roberton, Ltd.. have received advice that the Commonwealth and Dominion Liar steamer Port Pirie sailed from New York on May 11 with case oil and general merchandise for discharge at Auckland.
