COMMUNISTS AT WORK.
ACTIVITIES IN BRITAIN. LONDON, April 24. Scotland Yard is investigating the activities of British agents of a Communist organisation called the "Masses of India," which has its headquarters in Paris, and is closely linkeH with the Third International. It is carrying on propaganda among coloured students and representatives of foreign commercial houses throughout Europe. In Britain the organisation is distributing literature designed to encourage revolution iri India, Egypt, China and Persia, and declaring that Britain can bo dislodged from her position in the East.
