CHARGE AGAINST RIDER. [BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION'. ] PALMERSTON NORTH, Wednesday.. In the trial in the Supreme Court of Herbert Michael Bailey, who was charged with negligently riding a motor-cycle, thereby causing the deatli of Maurice Stewart, the jury disagreed. A new trial was ordered.
