CLAIM AGAINST ESTATE.
LARGE SUM INVOLVED. JUDGMENT FOR FULL AMOUNT. [B? TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] CHRISTCHURCH. Friday. Judgment for the full amount claimed, £12.808, was awarded to tho New Zealand Farmers' Co-operative in a claim against the estate of the late Richard Evans by the Supreme Court, the moneybeing held due for wheat deals. At the hearing evidence was given that deceased, a well-known miller in the Rangiora district of Canterbury, had had a running account with the plaintiff company over a very long period. Many large transactions wore involved on both sides.
