There was again a heavy entry of most classes of stock at Addington market today, btit on account of tho holidays and tho suspension of killing operations at the abattoirs tho demand from butchers was restricted and there was a tendency toward easier values. Store Sheep.—Another heavy entry. North Island owes predominated, and were down from Is to 2s a head on last week's rates. For forward lambs there was very brisk competition at an advance on late rates, ewe bxmbs being in very keen demand.
