ATHLETES IN MAKING.
PRIMARY SCHOOLS SPORTS. ABOUT 4000 COMPETITORS. If the weather conditions to-day are anything like favourable, what, from the point of view of entries, will bo the greatest athletic sports meeting yet held in Auckland, will take place at the Domain. This is the annual sports meeting arranged by the Auckland Primary Schools Amateur Athletic Association, and it has drawn this year 10.000 entries from about 4000 competitors for the 37 events. Fifty-one city and suburban schools will bo represented. Rivalry between the various schools is very keen, and it is hoped that a gal.i day will not be spoilt by bad weather.
