RUSSIAN SHIP SEIZED.
CARGO OF MUNITIONS. VESSEL IN CHiNESE WATERS. Keuter. PEKING. March 17. A message from Shanghai states that a Russian steamer, Oleg, which recently arrived at Taku, has been seized by Fengtien warships at Taku. A search of the ship revealed enormous quantities of rifles and ammunition valued at about £312,600.
