TRAFFIC PROBLEMS.
ACTION IN BRISBANE.
Traffic in Brisbane is' increasing at stich a rapid rate that efforts are continuously necessary to regulate it, and protect the interests of the general public. The Home Secretary stated recently that in order that tram passengers might be protected from unnecessary risk, ft had been decided, that motor and other traffic should be compelled to stop at a spot 'where a tram stopped. It was also intended to prohibit the parking of cars iu streets at tram stopping places.
