ALLEGED DEFALCATIONS.
AN ARREST AND REMAND.

Leonard Francis Ewen . was arrested on a warrant issued at Feathers ton 011 a charge of failing to account for moneys received by him as the servant of a butchery establishment at Feathcrston. The police stated that a considerable sum was involved.
A remand was granted by the Court and accused was released on bail.
