At the Magistrate's Co art to-day,, before Mr. Ken rick, S.M., Mrs. Rosa May Cattanach, of Tauranga, r.ffinrice car driver, appeared to answer « charge that being in charge of a motor-car, she failed to take reasonable precautions and <c&rc, resulting in tho death of tiro passengers, Tieri Tetikao, and hia wife, Taakiri Ticri.
The evidence of three witacsses at the Inquest held on January 28 was recapitulated.
Constable McLean gave exhaustive details as to the condition of the road and the position, of the car tracks after the accident The case was adjourned* A service car driven by Mrs. Caitattacli capsized during a trip between Tanraogn and Rotorua on December 24, 1925. Tieri Tetik&o was killed and his wife died Ifctcr from injuries received.
