Horns foir old men, was found drowned in tr/o feet of water in a water race. Deceased, who had been an inmate of the home for six years, attempted to commit suicide last March by throwing himself into the race in the home grounds, following which he was examined as to his mental state, but. was not committed to the mental hospital. At the inquest a verdict was returned that "Deceased -was found drowned, apparently, having committed suicide while in a low state of mjnd."
