Blair, who has been for 25 years on the staff of tho Atlas Insurance Company, Limited, and Auckland manager for six years, has resigned to accept the position of assistant general-manager 'lor New Zealand of the Vacuum Oil Company Pty., Limited, with headquarters in Wellington. Mr. H. H. Sterling, who has been a member of the New Zealand Railways Board sinco it was first constituted, retires from that position on Saturday to take, up the important position of general manager of the New Zealand Co-operative Dairy Company, with headquarters at Hamilton.
