WEDDING AT ONEHUNGA.

SPEIGHT - PREGIDGA. A very pretty wedding took place at St. Peter's Church, Onehunga, 011 Wednesday afternoon, when Miss llita Myrtle, second daughter of Mr. and Mrs. G. Pregidga, of Te Papapa, was married to Mr. R. R. Speight, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs. Speight, also of Te Papapa. The church was decorated in shades of pink and white by friends of. the happy couple, and a large bell of white roses was suspended over the chancel. The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a charming frock of pale pink brocaded crepe de chins with georgette and lace, and carried a bouquet of pink and white orange blossoms. Pearls ornamented the veil, which feil softly over a long pink train. Miss Eunice. Pregidga, sister of the bride, and Miss Moyra Speight, _ the bridegroom's" sister, attended as bridesmaids in very pretty frocks of pale lavender crepe satin and cream lace, with coronet of coloured leaves on tulle and ribbon. They carried bouquets to match. The little train bearer, Rita Brown, niece of (he bride, wore a sweet frock of pale pink. The bridegroom was supported by Mr. W. Wells as best man, and Mr. P. Pregidga as groomsman. The Rev. H. M. Smyth, vicar of the parish, officiated. A reception was held in tho Orphans' Hall, where Mrs. G. Pregidga received the guests, wearing a lovely frock of peacock blue and Champagne silk crepe marocain, with hat and bouquet to match. Mrs. Speight wore a smart dress and hat, of black and white, and carried a, lavender bouquet. Musical items were rendered by Hewlett's orchestra. The guests included the Rev. and Mrs. Smyth, Miss P. Pregidga, Master Raymond Pregidga, Miss Speight, Miss Marjory Speight, Mr. F. Speight, Mr. G. Speight, the Rev. and Mrs, C. Griffin, Mr. W. Partridge, Mrs. Twiname, Mrs. E. Potter, Mr. A. Costelio, Miss Oostello. Mr. and "Mrs. IT. B. Speight, Mrs. J. Partridge. Mr. and Mrs. O. R. Buchanan, Mr. H. Pugh, Dr. and Mrs. Griffin, Mr. and Mrs. Co well, Mrs. Trounson, Mr. and Mrs. Sandford, Mrs. Mountjev, Mr. W. Milbr, Mrs. Prior, Miss Stewart, Miss Morris, Mrs. Goodwill, Mr. G. Goodwill. Mrs. G.
