HUSBANDS POISONED.
ADMISSION BY WOMAN. MURDERS IN AMERICA. Sun • NEW YORK, Jan. IS. -When the Rev. William Christy died of poisoning at East Liverpool, Ohio, a fortnight after his marriage, the police in-, vestigated the matter. It was found that Mr. Christy's widow had been mysteriously deprived of successive husbands on four previous occasions. After examination, Mrs. Christy confessed that- she had poisqnad all her husbands in order to obtain the insurance on their lives.
