SUCCESSION DUTIES. PROPOSED REFORM APPROVED. j (Received 11.15 p.m.) Reuter. PARIS, Jan. 18. The Finance Committee of the Chamber of Deputies adopted the proposal of MM. P'almmade and Dedouce concerning a reform of the succession duties system. Under this the State will be allotted a portion of a deceased person's estate in inverse ratio to the number of his children and kindred.
