TOWED BACK TO PORT.

MISHAP TO THE GAEL. Tha Northern Company's steamer Gael, which left Auckland at 2.30 p.m. yesterday for Warkworth was towed back to port early this morning by the Hauiti. The Hauiti left yesterday afternoon for Coromandel. The vessels were expected to berth at about 2.30 o'clock this morning. It is believed that tbe Gael' met with engine trouble.
