WEEK-END WEATHER, HERALD'S SPECIAL FORECAST. The following weather forecast for 48 hours from 7 a.m. to-day was supplied to us by Mr. H. M. Vincent last evening :—The general outlook for the weekend indicates cloudy and unsettled weather conditions prevailing, with heavy rain over most of the Dominion, especially in western and southern district's.
