" I've been tricked!" he shouted angrily to old Mrs. OwL "So you have," sho answered mildly, and then, blinking her wise old eves, she added, " trickers are always tricked by their own tricks!" " Oh, don't try and talk sermons!' j:aid Peter angrily. "That's sense, not sermons!" said the Owl yawning. "Lovely potatoes they were!" blubbered Peter. " Oh, wait till I pay her cut!"
