EFFECTS LEFT IN • DINGHY. [BV TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.) BLENHEIM. Thursday. Mr. Allen Lavson, 38, of Wellington, was drowned in Dryden Bay, Queen Charlotte Sound, on Tuesday. Ho wentout alone in a dinghy and the boat was found drifting with his coat and hal> inside it. Letters in his pocket showed an intention io commit suicide. Th<? body h=ts not been recovered.
