UNREST IN INDIA.
THE SWARAJIST DEMANDS. A. and N.Z. DELHI. Dec. 29. By an overwhelming majority, the Indian National Congress has accepted the Swaraj resolution that if the Government by the end of February does not give a satisfactory reply to the reforms demanded, all Swarajist members of the Legislatures will vacate their seats.
