ALLIES IN GERMANY.
PLAN OF EVACUATION. OCCUPATION OF WIESBADEN. (Received 7.10 p.m.) Renter. BERLIN, Dec. 29. The British will officially take over the occupation of Wiesbaden from the French to-morrow. According to the newspapers the British and French authorities have evolved a plan of evacuation under which a French army corps will remain in the Rhine area after April.
