PEA - RIFLE ACCIDENT.
MAN SHOT IN THE HEAD. CONDITION REPORTED GRAVE. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] IN VER C A RGILL, Wcdnesd ay. A young married man, Mr. Victor Pausing, who was spending a holiday at Mataura, while rabbit shooting, was accidentally shot with a pea-rifle by a youth named Len Hardie. Mr. Pausing was romoved to the hospital with a wound in his skull. Ilis condition is grave.
