NINE HOLES IN 32. MOSS* SCORE AT OKOROIRE.
A fine performance was registered by E. J. Moss, professional champion of New Zealand, on the nine-hole course at Okoroire during the week-end. He did two rounds of '32 and 36, making a total of 68. His card r.ead; First round, 4, 3, 4, 3, 3, 5, 4, 3, 3—32; second round, 4, 3, 5, 5, 3, 4, 4, 4, 4—36. Moss was playing right at the top of his form. H. W. Tidiparsh, of the Auckland Golf Club, went round in 35 and 36, making a total of 71. This also was a very creditable performance-

Trophies won during the season by members of the Hamilton Ladies' Golf Club were presented by the president, Mrs. 11. Douglas, in the golf house last week. They were as follow :—Championship, Mrs. A. Boa-le; bogey matches, Mrs. Hay, Miss A. Coventry; flag match, Mrs. Jarvis; foursomes, Mesdames Bell and A. J. Storey; consolation, Miss E. Hammond; L.G.U. silver medal, Mrs. D. Hay; L.G.U. bronze medal, Miss B. Young; monthly medals, senior, Mrs.. Hay (4), Mrs. Coyne, Miss Wilkinson; junior, Mrs. Masters (2), Mrs. Bartlett, Miss «T. Masters, Miss Ring and Miss B. Young.
