CHILD'S PAINFUL DEATH.
FALLS INTO A WHEY VAT.
FACTORY MANAGER'S SON
[BY TELEGRAPH.—-OWN CORRESPONDENT.] HAMILTON, Monday. A six years old boy, Ivan Koller, son of Mr. H. J. Koller, manager of the New Zealand Co operative Dairy Company's Rototuna cheese factory, met a painful death. While playing in the factory on Saturday he fell into a vat of very hot whey. There was no one in the factory at the time, and the child got out himself. His screams attracted attention and he was given medical assistance, but his injuries were so severe that he succumbed to-day.
