INFANT MURDER ALLEGED.
BODY FOUND IN RIVER. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] GISBORNE. Saturday. Following the finding of the body of an infant in the Te Arai River on October 8, a woman named Pourewa Mara, aged 22, was charged in the Police Court today with the murder of her infant male
child. She. was remanded till October 30.
