WORLD ECONOMICS.
PRESENT - DAY BARRIERS. INVESTIGATION ADVOCATED. A. and N.Z. WASHINGTON. Oct. 7. The final session of the Inter-Parlia-mentary Union was held to-day. The most important resolution adopted was one calling for an investigation regarding the economic barriers which now exist between European nations with a view to their ultimate extinction.
