BUILDING REGULATIONS.
BREACH AT TAURANGA. [BY TELEGRAPH. OWN CORRESPONDENT.] TAURANGA, Thursday. A Tauranga builder was to-day charged with commencing the. erection of a dwelling house and failing to submit plans and specifications of the contemplated work, also with letting the house without having suitable sanitary appliances provided for disposal of refuse water. On the first count he was fined £3 and on the second £lO.
