Vidak, whs admitted by Joseph Gray in the Pokekohe Court before Mr., W, R. McKecn, B.M. Constable Miller explained that accused WM Creating trouble and, on being ordered off the premises, struck the shopkeeper in the face. Accused was thereupon struck on the arm with a pick-handle, A fine of £1 and witnesses' expenses £1 12s was imposed.
