UNDEFENDED DIVORCE.
ORDER NOT COMPLIED WITH A decre nisi, following non-compliance with an order for restitution of conjugal righta, was granted by Mr. Justice Herdman in the Supreme Court yesterday in the case of Victor Millett (Mr. Inder) against Edith Ethel Millett. , "Why is it- your wife will not live with you ?" asked His Honor. Petitioner: Because she wants to return to her mother. "But do you want her back : the Judge asked. "Certainly," was the reply. "Very well," said His Honor, may have your decree nisi."
