COASTAL BOAT HELD UP.

DISPUTE OVER A MAN. CREW DEMAND HIS DISCHARGE. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON, Tuesday. As the result of a dispute between members of the crew of the coastal steamer Tees, that vessel is at present held up in Wellington. She was to have sailed last evening for Westport and Greymouth with general cargo, but members of the crew demanded the discharge of a certain member of fee ship's complement. Captain Dwell, the master of the Tees, could not agree to meet the demand, and the ship was consequently unable to leave port.
