TWO VICTIMS SUCCUMB. FRENCH TRAINS IN COLLISION. A. and N.Z. PARIS. Oct. 4. The twentieth serious accident on the French railways this year occurred near Strassburg, Alsace-Lorraine. It resulted in two deaths. A goods train was being shunted when it collided with the Paris-Strassburg express, a portion of which was overturned.
