DECISION IN BRITAIN. A PERIODICAL REVISION. A. and N.Z. LONDON,. Oct. 4. Candidates for the Navy, both officers and men, will, on and after to-morrow, receive reduced pay, ranging from 6d a day upwards. The schedule is to be revised every three years according to the cost of living.
