FEARS OF DISSENSION.
DR. MANNIX'S SPEECHES. ULSTER VIEW EXPLAINED. (Received 7.5 p.m.) Renter. LONDON, Oct. 4. The Ulster Minister for Home .Affairs, Sir D-wson Bates, referring to reports of the proposed visit to Ulster of Dr. Manelx, Reman Catholic Archbishop of Melbourne, said he hoped he would not persist in his intention. The utterances of Dr. Mannix elsewhere had made a visit from htm undesirable and calculated to revive dissension and ill-feeling.
