NEGLIGENCE DISPROVED.
TREATMENT IN HOSPITAL. A CHRISTCHURCH lEOME. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRKSS ASSOCIATION. ] CHIIISTCHTJECn, Monday. Giving judgment in a case in which Violet Emma Cassels. married, and her infant daughter proceeded against Beatrice A. King, of Elm Grove, Lin wood, maternity nurse, on a claim for damages on the grounds of negligence and unskilful attention, the magistrate said there was no evidence of negligence against Nurse King's home. On the contrary, negligence had been disproved. Ho gave judgment for defendant, with costs.
