N7 Bartram (Grey Lynn), Grey Lynn Library, 7.45 p.m.; Mr. H. G. R. Mason (Eden), Hirst's Hall, Morningside, and Mr. B. Clew's residence, Great Noifth Road, Avondale, 8 p.m.; Mr. M. J. Savage (Auckland West), committee rooms, Hellaby's Buildings, Three Lamps, 2.50 p.m., ladies' meeting; Miss Ellen Melville (Grey Lynn), committee rooms, 137 A, Great North Road. 7.30 p.m.; Mr. A. Harris (Waitemafa), Ford's tearooms, i Devonport, 8 p.m.; Mr. J. Massev (Manukau), parish hall. Church Road, Mangere, 8 p.m. Friends and supporters of Mr. J. A. Lee. M.P., Labour candidate for Auckland East, met in St. Benedict's Hall last evening. The proceedings were enthusiastic and strong committees were formed to for.vard Mr. Lee's candidature.
