SIR FRANCIS BELL.
COMING VISIT TO ENGLAND.

The Attorney-Genera! and Minister for External Affairs, Sir Francis Bell, will leave New Zealand for England in March. It is Sir Francis Bell' 3 intention to resign his Cabinet offices, but -it is possible that he may remain a member of the Executive. Sir Francis has been a member of the Reform Government and Leader of the Legislative Council since the Government came into power in 1912.
