AMERICAN CREW OEAD. SUNKEN CRAFT FLOODED. Rett tor. NEW YORK Oct. 2. Admiral Christy, who was in charge of the salvage operations, at the raising of submarine Ssl, which was stink 14 miles off Long Island in a collision with the steamer City of Rome, has issued hi> report. He fftates that the sunken craft was found to have been flooded from stem to stern. The whole of the 34 members of the crew aboard were drowned.
