! PROPOSED TRADE TREATY. AGREEMENT ANTICIPATED. '« (Received 7.5 p.m.) /neuter. , BERLIN. Oct. 3. I The negotiations between the German ' and Russian Foreign Ministers, Kerr I Stresemann and M. Tchitcherin, regard- } ing a commercial treaty, lasted until 4 'a. ni. The matter was considerably ad- : vanced. It is reported that Germany is ready ;n principle to sign an agreement with Russia as soon as a German Foreign Office commission, which is to be sent to Moscow has returned. The final test of a treaty will be drawn up in Moscow. It is officially announced that the impending agreement is regarded es a milestone on the road to a further con soli iation of the friendly and economic relations between the two countries.
