FOUND DROWNED ON BEACH

One of Mosgiel's oldest residents, Mr. William Wedderspoon, was found drowned on the bathing beach at Brighton yesterday morning. Mr. Wedderspoon, who was about 86 years of age, had been identified with Tsieri for the past half century. He had been living at Brighton for the last year or so. He retired to rest at about' 9 p.m. on Friday but yesterday morning his housekeeper found that his bed had not been occupied, and on a search being made his body was found in tfc© wat^r*
