THE UNIVERSITY SOCIETY.
The annual meeting of the ' Auckland University College Accountancy Students' Society was held on Thursday evening, Mr. •A- M. Seaman presiding over a good attendance.:' • V ; '•
In moving the adoption of the annual report, the chairman emphasised the need of a greater interest among the students. The syllabus ha<i been a very fine one but in almost everv case the attendances had been small. He urged all students to take a keener interest during the coming year. The election of officers resulted President, Mr. A. M. Seaman; vice-presidents. Professors J. P. Grossman and R. M. Algie and Mr. H. W. Shove; hon. secretary, Mr. O. 0. Calder; hon. treasurer, MiC H. .G. Massam; hon. auditor, Mr. L. W. Holt. ' ,
