AN "AT HOME."
The annual "At Home" of the staff of the New Zealand Insurance Co. was held in the St. Sepulchre's parish hall, Burleich Street, on Monday evening. The hall was charmingly decorated with coloured streamers, balloons and greenery and a most successful function was enjoyed by some 100 guests. Among those present were:—Mrs. Didsbury, black beaded georgette; Mrs. Clay, black marocain, Mrs. Coulthard, black and gold lace; Mrs. Cooper, black satin; Mrs. Ewing, black lace; Mrs. Vialoux, henna and white; Miss Kissling, primrose satin; Miss Didsbury mauve taffeta; Miss Chapman, cream French frock; Miss Rowley, blue and Silver georgette; Miss Jack, blue taffeta and feather trimming; Miss Hayley, pale pink charmeuse; Miss Qribblte, pale blue crepe de chine: Miss Howes, apricot velvet; Miss Heard, pink satin; Miss Earle, pink brocaded satin; Miss Rose, brown velvet; Miss Lawson, mauve marocain: Miss Balderstone, pale blue satin: Miss Vercoe, jade green taffeta; Miss Mason, gold lace; Miss McCarroll, apricot crepe de chine; Miss Sutherland, white satin; Miss Arnold, mauve velvet; Miss Owen, flame beaded georgette; Miss Inglis, green satin; Miss Dearsley, rose velvet: Miss Gaudin, white floral taffeta; Miss White, salmon satin; Miss Gilmour, petunia marocain; Miss Wilson, white and silver georgette.
