RECLASSIFICATION OF AREA.

The Tauhei Drainage Board met at Tauhei, Mr. A. Noble presiding. Mr. Leeson gave notice of motion that the following rates be struck:—A land, Id in the pound; B land, jjd; C land, id. It was decided to hold a special meeting to appoint a classifier for the reclassification of the district. The chairmail gave notice that he would move at the next meeting to change the system of rating from the capital value to unimproved. The clerk was instructed to prepare a list of outstanding rates,
