DEMENTED WOMAN'S ACT
.PARIS SHOOTING GASE. DISMISSAL BY THE COURT. (Received 9.35 p.m.) Renter. PARIS, Sept. 8. The womsn Mario Bonnefoy, who surrendered to the police following the shooting of the treasurer of the Royalist newspaper Action Francaise, M. Bergor, in crowded subway in Paris on May 26, has been pronounceid insane. The case against het has been dismissed. M. Berger wa3 walking in a subway when he was fired on with a revolver. He difid in a hospital. A cablegram received cm May 27 stated that when the woman surrendered to the police she declared she had assassinated M. Berger because she had a grievanco against the directors of the Action Francaiso, to which paper she said sho had written alleging that spies were active in le Cote d'Azur.
