INSTALLATION FINANCE. THE MANAGER'S PROPOSALS. [by telegraph.—-own correspondent. ] TE KUITI, Wednesday. * The chairman of the Waitomo Power Board gave notice of motion at last meeting to rescind a previous resolution fixing the basis on which the board would finance consumers' installations and to move, on the manager's recommendation, that ai) house installations b(S financed at 25 per cent, in advance, the balance in 12 quarterly payments at 8 per cent, interest, interest in Otorohanga and country district? not be charged until current is supplied; for combined power and house installations 25 per cent, in advance, the balance in 20 quarterly payments at 8 per cent. The manager reported that the revenue for the month had been £862, and that installations"to the value of £749 had been made during the last six weeks. A sub-committee was appointed to go into the question of sites for permanent premises for the board at Te Kuiti and Otorohanga.
