OBITUARY.
MR. W. A. ANDERSON.
A highly-respected resident of Auckland, Mr. Walter Archibald Anderson, died on Monday evening. Mr. Anderson, who was in his fiftieth year, was a partner in the firm of Messrs. Anderson and Mirskin, merchants, of Vancouver. An invalid for some years, he bore hi 3 affliction with great fortitude. An operation was performed on Monday afternoon, but was followed by a collapse. Mr. Anderson, who was single, had resided at the Northern Club since 1917. The funeral will take place this afternoon.
