CHILDREN DROWNED.
FRENCH BEACH TRAGEDY. HUGE WAVE INVADES SHORE. Australian and N.Z. Cablo Association. (Reed. 5.5 p.m.) FAK.TS. Aug. 9. Thirty-five school children were bathing near Roubaix when a huge wave broke over tho beach. As a result 15 of tho children 'were drowned. The others were heroically rescued.
