YOUTH FOUND SHOT.
SEVERE WOUND IN HEAD. A youth, Robert John Shiels, aged 19, was found by a member of his family lying dead .with ft single-barrelled shotgun by his side beneath the home of his parents at 69, Wellesley Street West, at about nine o'clock yesterday morning. Ho had a severe wound in tho head. It is stated ho had been in ill-health for some time. Ho was employed at the Auckland Infirmary and visited his parents at intervals.
