Public notice is hereby given that the following resolution, passed at a Special Meeting of tho Henderson Town Board held on the 29th day of July, 1925, and intended to operate as a Special Ordei, will be submitted for confirmation at a Special Meeting of the said Board to bo hold in the Foresters' Hall, Henderson, on SATURDAY, the 29th day of August, 1925, at 7.30 p.m., viz:— " That in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by the "Town Boards Act, 1908," and amendments, tho "Municipal Corporations Act, 1920," and of all and every other power enabling it in that behalf, the Henderson Town Board doth hereby by Special Resolution intended to operato as a Special Order, make tho following By-laws, to be known as By-laws No. 2 of the Town District of Henderson:— (Here follow the By-laws):— The object and purport of the said By-laws is:— To define Inner and Outer Areas in tho Henderson Town District. To provido for tho erection of all new buildings with non-combustible materials within the Inner Area, and to prescribe tho conditions relating to repairs, alterations and additions to existing buildings in such Area. To make provisions relative to the erection of all walls, roofs, furnaces and privies within such Inner Area. Copies of the proposed Special Order and By-laws are deposited at the Office of the Board, Foresters' Hall, Henderson, where they arc open for inspection during office hours until tho said 29th day of August, 19°5 ERNEST CREENSLADE, Town Clerk.
