AMERICAN FLEET'S VISIT. DIXIELAND COMMITTEE. A committee of ladies working in conjunction with the management of Dixieland, Ltd., has been formed for the purpose of providing partners for the officers and men of the American Navy during their stay in Auckland. The ladies at present on the committer are Mesdames Alfred Nathan, S. E. Thomas, H. E. Vaile, E. W. Sharman, J. Black, P. Hannm, Misses Doreen Allen, Joyce Nathan, Price, Yandle, 'Webster, Daphne Knight and Molly Nathan. This committee will meet at Dixieland at 7.30 tonight. Further co-operation is requested from ladies interested by being present in person at this meeting.-—Advt,
